MTCC Convention Centre Transport

The MTCC runs two buildings on either side of Front Street with different loading arrangements, and a delegate who is told the wrong one loses fifteen minutes underground. We run the hotel-block shuttles, the exhibitor cars and the airport arrival programmes for conferences here throughout the year.

What we have learned working Metro Toronto Convention Centre

Most downtown conference hotels are a genuine walk from the MTCC in January. A rolling shuttle loop across the hotel block moves delegates faster and complains less than fixed departures.

Exhibitor move-in and move-out have their own vehicle access rules and time windows that are separate from the delegate programme entirely.

For arrival days, airport meet-and-greet with a name board is the single highest-value thing you can buy for an international delegation.

Booking an event transfer

Event work is normally booked either as two point-to-point transfers or as an hourly as-directed hire. Two transfers is cheaper when the finish time is predictable; hourly is better when it is not, when there is a dinner either side, or when the group would rather the car simply stayed with them. We will tell you which is cheaper for your specific evening rather than quoting the larger one by default.

Whatever you choose, the fare is fixed when you book. It does not surge after the show, it does not change because it rained, and it includes 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them.
