Meet-and-greet is what you book when the passenger should not have to work anything out. The chauffeur parks, comes into the arrivals hall, stands where the doors open with a printed name board, takes the luggage and walks the passenger to the car. For an arriving client, a visiting executive, an elderly relative or a first-time visitor, it is the difference between arriving and being received.
Terminal 1 international arrivals: at the meeting point directly opposite the arrivals doors. Terminal 1 domestic and Terminal 3: at the arrivals level exit. You get a message with the chauffeur name, mobile number, vehicle make and colour the moment they are in position, so a passenger who walks out early is never left scanning a crowd.
We run meet-and-greet for conference delegations arriving on the same flight, for talent who would rather not stand at a kerb, and for unaccompanied minors and elderly passengers where the handover needs to be witnessed and documented. Tell us the situation at booking and the brief goes to the chauffeur in writing.
