What you need to hand

For an airport arrival, the flight number is the single most useful thing you can give us — it is what lets us track the landing and adjust without charging you for a delay. For everything else: the pickup address, the destination, the number of passengers and a rough idea of the luggage.

What happens after you book

You get an immediate email confirmation with the fare and the trip details. Closer to the time you receive the chauffeur's name, mobile number and the vehicle make and colour, and for airport meet-and-greets a further message the moment the chauffeur is in position in the terminal.

Changes and cancellations

Sedan and SUV bookings can normally be changed or cancelled without charge up to a set window before pickup. Specialty vehicles, coaches and wedding bookings carry longer windows because the vehicle is held exclusively. The window that applies to your booking is stated on the confirmation, and a flight cancelled by the airline is never treated as a passenger cancellation.

FAQ

Booking questions.

How far in advance should I book a limo in Toronto?

For a standard sedan airport transfer in the GTA, twenty-four hours is usually enough and same-day requests are often possible. For a stretch limousine, a Sprinter or a coach — and for anything on a prom weekend, a long weekend, New Year's Eve or during a major convention — book several weeks out. Wedding season in Ontario runs from May to October and the good cars go early.

Do you track my flight into Pearson?

Yes. Every airport booking is matched to the live flight number, so an early landing means the car is already there and a delay costs you nothing. This is why we ask for the flight number rather than only the scheduled time.

How much free waiting time do I get at the airport?

International arrivals get a longer grace period than domestic ones, because customs and baggage are unpredictable. The exact allowance is confirmed in writing on your booking so there is never a dispute at the kerb. If a delay runs beyond it, the chauffeur calls you before any waiting time is charged.

Where does the chauffeur meet me at Toronto Pearson?

By default, inside the arrivals hall with a name board — Terminal 1 at the international arrivals meeting point, Terminal 3 at the arrivals level. If you would rather be picked up at the kerb, say so when you book and the chauffeur will call or text you when you are ready to walk out.

Is your pricing all-inclusive?

The quoted fare covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, and 407 ETR tolls where we use them. It is quoted before you travel and it does not surge for weather, traffic or events. Gratuity is at your discretion, and anything genuinely optional — extra stops added on the day, waiting beyond the free allowance, airport parking on a meet-and-greet — is itemised separately and explained beforehand.

Do you charge more at peak times or in bad weather?

No. Our rate is agreed at the time of booking and it does not move because it is snowing, because there is a convention in town, or because a rideshare app has gone into surge. That predictability is most of the reason corporate accounts use us.

Do you cover the whole of Ontario or just Toronto?

We garage vehicles in the Greater Toronto Area and cover the province from there — Ottawa, Kingston, London, Windsor, Niagara, Muskoka and the north. Long-distance work is quoted in advance. For Northwestern Ontario and the far north, we place the local leg with a vetted operator from the Limousine Worldwide Directory network rather than pretending we have a car around the corner.

Can you cross the border into the United States?

Yes. Buffalo Niagara, Niagara Falls International and Detroit Metro are regular runs for us, and our chauffeurs are documented for cross-border work. Every passenger needs their own valid travel documents, and children need the appropriate consent paperwork — we will tell you what is required when you book rather than at the bridge.

What is the minimum booking for hourly chauffeur service?

A minimum applies to as-directed hourly work, shorter inside the GTA and longer for engagements outside it, because the car and chauffeur are held exclusively for you. The exact minimum for your date and area is confirmed on the quote before you commit.

What does a monthly chauffeured program include?

A dedicated primary chauffeur and a named, briefed backup, a vehicle class of your choosing, a contracted band of hours each month at a fixed rate, and pre-planned routing for your regular journeys. Every assigned chauffeur signs a discretion agreement. It is designed for principals, visiting talent and family offices who want the same person every morning.
