The Pearson run is the spine of this business. Every airport booking is matched to your live flight number, so an early landing means the car is already waiting and a two-hour delay on the tarmac costs you nothing. Your fare is quoted and confirmed in writing before you travel, so there is no meter running while you sit on the Gardiner.
By default your chauffeur parks and meets you inside the arrivals hall with a name board — Terminal 1 at the international arrivals meeting point beside the currency exchange, Terminal 3 at the arrivals level near the Tim Hortons. If you would rather skip the walk, ask for a curbside pickup when you book and the chauffeur will call or text you the moment you are ready to step out of Door C.
A metered ride from Pearson to downtown Toronto can swing by fifty dollars depending on whether the Gardiner is moving. We would rather you knew the number first, so the fare is confirmed in writing when you book — 407 ETR tolls included where we use them.
For outbound trips we work backwards from your gate time, not your take-off time, and we add a buffer sized to the terminal, the day and the season. March break and the last Friday before Christmas are not ordinary Fridays on the 427, and we schedule them as though they are not.
