It means an unmarked, late-model executive sedan in black, professionally detailed before every shift, driven by a chauffeur in business dress who opens the door and handles the luggage. It does not mean a rideshare driver in a dark-coloured car. The distinction shows up the first time you are running late and the person driving already knows which exit to take.
Every black car job is quoted as a total. That figure includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them. Gratuity is discretionary. Anything genuinely optional — a stop added on the day, waiting beyond the free allowance — is itemised separately and explained before it is charged.
