This policy explains how Toronto Limousine Service handles personal information collected through TorontoLimousinesService.com and through our reservation system.
To provide a journey we need your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times and, for airport work, your flight number. Payment details are collected and processed by our reservation provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Corporate accounts additionally hold billing contacts and any cost-centre or matter codes you ask us to carry.
To quote, confirm and deliver the transportation you booked; to contact you about that booking; to invoice; and to keep the trip records that our insurers, our licensing obligations and corporate duty-of-care reporting require.
The chauffeur assigned to your journey receives the details needed to complete it. Our reservation and payment providers process the data required to take and settle a booking. Where a journey extends beyond our own fleet, the affiliate operator carrying that leg receives only what is needed to perform it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by Canadian tax and business-record obligations. Marketing contact details are held until you unsubscribe.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it. Write to support@torontolimousinesservice.com and we will respond within thirty days.
This site uses essential cookies for basic functionality and may use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. The embedded reservation system sets its own cookies under its provider's policy. You can block cookies in your browser; the booking panel may not function fully if you do.
