Terms & conditions

The terms on which we accept and perform a booking.

Book online Ask a question

These terms apply to every reservation accepted by Toronto Limousine Service. Placing a booking confirms your agreement to them.

Quotations and fares

Fares are quoted as an all-inclusive total covering the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel and 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them. Quotations are valid for the journey and vehicle class specified. Gratuity is at your discretion. Additional stops requested on the day, waiting beyond the free allowance, parking on a meet-and-greet, and border or bridge fees on cross-border work where not already stated are charged in addition and explained before they are applied.

Confirmation

A reservation is a firm contract once processed and is legally binding. You will receive a trip confirmation by email. Please check all trip details and charges carefully on receipt; if changes are needed, call (877) 956-6611. Until a confirmation is received the booking is not accepted.

Wait time

Airport arrivals include a free waiting allowance measured from the actual landing time, longer for international arrivals than domestic. All other pickups include a shorter allowance from the booked time. Waiting beyond the allowance is charged in increments at the vehicle's hourly rate, and the chauffeur will contact you before any waiting time is applied.

Cancellations

Sedan and SUV reservations may be cancelled without charge up to the window stated on your confirmation. Specialty vehicles, stretch limousines, Sprinters, coaches, wedding bookings and multi-vehicle events carry longer windows because the vehicle is held exclusively. Cancellations inside the window, and no-shows, are charged in full. A flight cancelled by the airline is not treated as a passenger cancellation.

Passenger conduct

The consumption of alcohol by passengers under the legal drinking age is prohibited. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles. Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their seating capacity. If any law or these rules are broken during service, the chauffeur has the authority to terminate the journey immediately without refund. Damage or specialist cleaning caused by passengers is charged at cost.

Luggage and property

Luggage is carried on the basis of the capacity stated for the vehicle class booked. We are not liable for property left in a vehicle, though we make every reasonable effort to return it. Child restraints must be requested in advance so the correct seat is fitted in accordance with Ontario law.

Vehicles

Vehicle images on this website are for illustration. The vehicle dispatched may differ in make, model, year or trim. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle, and to use affiliated service providers where operationally required.

Liability

We maintain commercial passenger insurance as required in Ontario. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, border delays, accidents and acts of authority. Where a delay is within our control, our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected journey.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in it.
