FAQ

Everything people ask before booking.

How far in advance should I book a limo in Toronto?

For a standard sedan airport transfer in the GTA, twenty-four hours is usually enough and same-day requests are often possible. For a stretch limousine, a Sprinter or a coach — and for anything on a prom weekend, a long weekend, New Year's Eve or during a major convention — book several weeks out. Wedding season in Ontario runs from May to October and the good cars go early.

Do you track my flight into Pearson?

Yes. Every airport booking is matched to the live flight number, so an early landing means the car is already there and a delay costs you nothing. This is why we ask for the flight number rather than only the scheduled time.

How much free waiting time do I get at the airport?

International arrivals get a longer grace period than domestic ones, because customs and baggage are unpredictable. The exact allowance is confirmed in writing on your booking so there is never a dispute at the kerb. If a delay runs beyond it, the chauffeur calls you before any waiting time is charged.

Where does the chauffeur meet me at Toronto Pearson?

By default, inside the arrivals hall with a name board — Terminal 1 at the international arrivals meeting point, Terminal 3 at the arrivals level. If you would rather be picked up at the kerb, say so when you book and the chauffeur will call or text you when you are ready to walk out.

Is your pricing all-inclusive?

The quoted fare covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, and 407 ETR tolls where we use them. It is quoted before you travel and it does not surge for weather, traffic or events. Gratuity is at your discretion, and anything genuinely optional — extra stops added on the day, waiting beyond the free allowance, airport parking on a meet-and-greet — is itemised separately and explained beforehand.

Do you charge more at peak times or in bad weather?

No. Our rate is agreed at the time of booking and it does not move because it is snowing, because there is a convention in town, or because a rideshare app has gone into surge. That predictability is most of the reason corporate accounts use us.

Do you cover the whole of Ontario or just Toronto?

We garage vehicles in the Greater Toronto Area and cover the province from there — Ottawa, Kingston, London, Windsor, Niagara, Muskoka and the north. Long-distance work is quoted in advance. For Northwestern Ontario and the far north, we place the local leg with a vetted operator from the Limousine Worldwide Directory network rather than pretending we have a car around the corner.

Can you cross the border into the United States?

Yes. Buffalo Niagara, Niagara Falls International and Detroit Metro are regular runs for us, and our chauffeurs are documented for cross-border work. Every passenger needs their own valid travel documents, and children need the appropriate consent paperwork — we will tell you what is required when you book rather than at the bridge.

What is the minimum booking for hourly chauffeur service?

A minimum applies to as-directed hourly work, shorter inside the GTA and longer for engagements outside it, because the car and chauffeur are held exclusively for you. The exact minimum for your date and area is confirmed on the quote before you commit.

What does a monthly chauffeured program include?

A dedicated primary chauffeur and a named, briefed backup, a vehicle class of your choosing, a contracted band of hours each month at a fixed rate, and pre-planned routing for your regular journeys. Every assigned chauffeur signs a discretion agreement. It is designed for principals, visiting talent and family offices who want the same person every morning.

Are your vehicles unmarked?

Yes. No livery, no logos, no roof signs. For clients who need genuine discretion — talent, executives, private medical appointments — the car is simply a black sedan or SUV parked where you asked it to be.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We operate as a licensed and commercially insured passenger transportation service in Ontario, with municipal licensing where the municipality requires it and commercial insurance on every vehicle. Certificates are available to corporate accounts on request as part of their vendor onboarding.

How do I set up a corporate account?

Contact us with the company name, the people who will be authorised to book, and how you want trips coded — cost centre, project, matter or client number. We open the account, agree spend limits, and invoice monthly with every trip line-itemised. Most accounts are live within a couple of business days.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, with notice. Ontario law requires an appropriate child restraint by weight and height, so tell us the ages and weights when you book and we will fit the correct seats. We do not carry them as standard in every car, which is why the notice matters.

Can you accommodate wheelchairs or reduced mobility?

Tell us the requirement when you book. Full-size SUVs give an easier transfer height than a sedan and fold-down chairs travel in the boot. For a passenger who must remain in their chair, we arrange a properly equipped accessible vehicle through our operator network rather than improvising.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedan and SUV bookings can normally be cancelled without charge up to a set window before pickup; specialty vehicles, coaches and wedding bookings have longer windows because they are held exclusively. The applicable window is stated on your confirmation. Flights that are cancelled by the airline are not treated as passenger cancellations.

How do you handle Ontario winter conditions?

Vehicles run winter tyres in season, and we move pickup times earlier rather than driving faster. When a storm is forecast we contact you the day before to reschedule proactively — the snow belt north of the city and along Georgian Bay can be in an entirely different condition from downtown Toronto on the same morning.

Do you handle weddings outside Toronto?

Yes — Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hockley Valley, Muskoka, Prince Edward County and the escarpment venues are all regular work. For an unfamiliar venue we drive the route in advance, because a rural laneway that is obvious at two in the afternoon is not obvious at eleven at night.

Can I book a car for a wine tour and stop wherever I like?

That is exactly what as-directed hourly hire is for. Give us a start time and a rough plan, then change it as the day goes. The chauffeur waits at each estate, your purchases go in the boot, and nobody has to decide whether they are safe to drive.

How will I know which car and chauffeur to look for?

You get a confirmation before the trip with the chauffeur's name, the vehicle make and colour, and a contact number. For airport meet-and-greets you also get a message the moment the chauffeur is in position in the terminal.

Do you offer service to Buffalo airport for cheaper flights?

Constantly — it is one of our most requested routes. The fare is agreed up front and includes the bridge toll. Build in extra time for the crossing, especially on Friday afternoons and holiday weekends, and your chauffeur will check live wait times to choose between the Peace Bridge and Lewiston-Queenston.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards through the secure online reservation system, and monthly invoicing on approved corporate accounts. Corporate travellers do not need to present a card at the kerb at all — that is the point of the account.
