About us

We are a Toronto-based chauffeured transportation company working the Greater Toronto Area, the Golden Horseshoe and the rest of Ontario, with regular cross-border runs into New York State and Michigan.

What we are trying to be good at

Three things, mostly. Being where we said we would be, at the time we said it. Charging the number we quoted. And sending a car and a chauffeur that a client is comfortable putting their own customer into. Everything else on this site is detail underneath those.

Why we do not run a meter

A meter transfers the risk of Toronto traffic from us to you, which is the wrong way round: we are the ones who are supposed to know that the Gardiner will be slow. So we quote the journey before it happens, confirm it in writing, and include the 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them. You know what the trip costs before you get in the car.

Our chauffeurs

Chauffeurs are licensed for commercial passenger transport, background-checked, and assessed on driving standard and on conduct — because most of the job is the second one. They wear business dress, they open the door, they handle the luggage, and they do not discuss passengers or destinations with anyone. Those assigned to corporate accounts, monthly programs and productions sign discretion agreements before a first shift.

The vehicles

Late-model, black, unmarked. No livery, no logos, no roof signs — which matters more than it sounds for talent, executives and anyone attending a private appointment. Every vehicle is commercially plated, inspected and insured in Ontario, runs winter tyres in season, and is detailed before it comes to you rather than at the end of the week.

Where our network reaches

We drive Ontario ourselves. Beyond it, our memberships of the Limousine Worldwide Directory and the Limousine Association International let us place the far end of an outbound journey with a vetted operator instead of pretending we have a car in a city we do not. When a client lands in Frankfurt or Dubai off a trip we booked here, that is who meets them.
