Enercare Centre Trade Show Transport

The Enercare Centre is the biggest exhibition floor in the country and it runs shows that bring tens of thousands of people to a site with constrained road access. Exhibitor logistics and delegate movement are two entirely separate transport problems here and we plan them separately.

Delegate drop at the Hall B and C entrances off Princes' Boulevard; exhibitor and move-in access through the designated loading gates by permit.

What we have learned working Enercare Centre

Consumer shows at the Enercare Centre create long queues at the site entrances. Dropping at the far end of Princes' Boulevard and walking in is usually quicker.

Hotel-block shuttle loops need to be sized to the show, not the hotel — a large consumer show generates very different peaks from a trade-only event.

Move-out is the transport crunch nobody plans for. Book exhibitor departure cars at the same time as the arrivals.

Booking an event transfer

Event work is normally booked either as two point-to-point transfers or as an hourly as-directed hire. Two transfers is cheaper when the finish time is predictable; hourly is better when it is not, when there is a dinner either side, or when the group would rather the car simply stayed with them. We will tell you which is cheaper for your specific evening rather than quoting the larger one by default.

Whatever you choose, the fare is fixed when you book. It does not surge after the show, it does not change because it rained, and it includes 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them.
