Meridian Hall is the largest soft-seat theatre in Canada and it empties onto Front Street East, a block from the St Lawrence Market and directly into the Union Station catchment. Getting a car in is straightforward; getting one in at exactly the wrong moment is not.

The St Lawrence Market restaurants are a two-minute walk, which makes a dinner-then-show evening on one hourly booking very easy here.

Front Street East is a through route to the Gardiner ramps, so it moves quickly but does not permit long waiting. Your chauffeur will circle rather than idle.

Matinee performances put you into afternoon downtown traffic on the way out — worth an extra fifteen minutes if you have a dinner reservation after.

Booking an event transfer

Event work is normally booked either as two point-to-point transfers or as an hourly as-directed hire. Two transfers is cheaper when the finish time is predictable; hourly is better when it is not, when there is a dinner either side, or when the group would rather the car simply stayed with them. We will tell you which is cheaper for your specific evening rather than quoting the larger one by default.

Whatever you choose, the fare is fixed when you book. It does not surge after the show, it does not change because it rained, and it includes 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them.
