Budweiser Stage has the hardest post-show egress of any venue in Toronto, because sixteen thousand people leave an outdoor amphitheatre simultaneously onto a road network with two usable exits. Cars parked on site frequently take forty-five minutes to move at all.

Where the car waits

Drop at the Ontario Place west entrance. Pickup is staged north of Lake Shore Boulevard, a short walk that consistently beats waiting inside the site.

What we have learned working Budweiser Stage

The walk north to Lake Shore takes about eight minutes and will save you half an hour. Your chauffeur will send the exact meeting point during the last support act.

Summer weekend shows overlap with waterfront, CNE and Blue Jays traffic. Inbound legs need real buffer from June through August.

It rains. It is an outdoor venue with limited covered waiting, so a car you can walk straight into matters more here than anywhere else in the city.

Booking an event transfer

Event work is normally booked either as two point-to-point transfers or as an hourly as-directed hire. Two transfers is cheaper when the finish time is predictable; hourly is better when it is not, when there is a dinner either side, or when the group would rather the car simply stayed with them. We will tell you which is cheaper for your specific evening rather than quoting the larger one by default.

Whatever you choose, the fare is fixed when you book. It does not surge after the show, it does not change because it rained, and it includes 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them.
