BMO Field sits inside Exhibition Place, which has exactly three vehicle entrances and closes most of them on event days. Parking on site is limited and sells out; the Lake Shore and Gardiner ramps back up in both directions afterwards. It is the single strongest argument in this city for being driven.

Drop at the Princes' Gates or the Nunavut Drive entrance depending on the event configuration. Pickup is staged north of Lake Shore, clear of the Exhibition Place road closures.

What we have learned working BMO Field

For the FIFA World Cup 2026 matches the security perimeter will be substantially wider than for a TFC fixture, and approved drop zones will be published closer to the tournament. Book the vehicle early and we will firm the routing once those are announced.

Group bookings work far better here than individual cars. A single coach or Sprinter clears one staged pickup rather than eight cars queuing for the same gate.

CNE season in late August closes the site to almost all event-day traffic. Different rules apply for those two weeks and we will brief you at booking.

Booking an event transfer

Event work is normally booked either as two point-to-point transfers or as an hourly as-directed hire. Two transfers is cheaper when the finish time is predictable; hourly is better when it is not, when there is a dinner either side, or when the group would rather the car simply stayed with them. We will tell you which is cheaper for your specific evening rather than quoting the larger one by default.

Whatever you choose, the fare is fixed when you book. It does not surge after the show, it does not change because it rained, and it includes 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them.
