Arena
Scotiabank Arena
40 Bay Street, Downtown Toronto
Leafs, Raptors and arena concerts, with a pickup point agreed before you go in.
Rail terminal · 65 Front Street West, Downtown Toronto
Front Street drops and in-hall meets for VIA Rail and GO arrivals.

Union Station is the busiest passenger facility in Canada and it has vehicle access on several sides, only one of which is useful at any given moment. An arriving passenger with luggage who is told the wrong entrance ends up crossing the entire Great Hall twice.
Front Street West at the main entrance for departures. For arrivals we meet inside the Great Hall on request, or use the York Street side when Front is congested.
The in-hall meet is worth it for anyone arriving on a long-haul VIA service with real luggage. The chauffeur takes the cases at the platform exit.
Front Street is very heavily policed for stopping. Your chauffeur will circle rather than wait, so a phone call when you reach the doors keeps it seamless.
Union is directly beneath Scotiabank Arena. On event nights the whole block behaves differently and we route around it.
Event work is normally booked either as two point-to-point transfers or as an hourly as-directed hire. Two transfers is cheaper when the finish time is predictable; hourly is better when it is not, when there is a dinner either side, or when the group would rather the car simply stayed with them. We will tell you which is cheaper for your specific evening rather than quoting the larger one by default.
Whatever you choose, the fare is fixed when you book. It does not surge after the show, it does not change because it rained, and it includes 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them.
