Casa Loma Limo & Wedding Transport

Casa Loma sits at the top of the escarpment on a narrow residential terrace with strictly limited vehicle access and a neighbourhood that is protective of its streets. Wedding and gala arrivals here need to be sequenced rather than simply scheduled.

Where the car waits

Austin Terrace at the main gate. For weddings and galas, arrivals are sequenced with the venue so cars are not held on the residential street.

What we have learned working Casa Loma

A stretch limousine can reach the gate but the turning circle at the top is tight. For a large bridal party a Sprinter is often the better car, and we will say so.

Guest shuttles from a downtown hotel are close to essential here — guest parking is minimal and the surrounding streets are permit-only.

The Christmas light display in December is one of the best in the city and pairs naturally with a Distillery Winter Village stop on the same evening tour.

Booking an event transfer

Event work is normally booked either as two point-to-point transfers or as an hourly as-directed hire. Two transfers is cheaper when the finish time is predictable; hourly is better when it is not, when there is a dinner either side, or when the group would rather the car simply stayed with them. We will tell you which is cheaper for your specific evening rather than quoting the larger one by default.

Whatever you choose, the fare is fixed when you book. It does not surge after the show, it does not change because it rained, and it includes 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them.
