Serving Kingston, Queen's University, the Royal Military College and Prince Edward County. Convocation and parents' weekends are our busiest movements here.
How the pickup works at Kingston
Every arrival into Kingston Norman Rogers Airport is matched to your live flight number rather than the scheduled time. If you land forty minutes early the car is already on site; if you sit on the tarmac for two hours, the booking simply moves and there is no charge for the delay. Terminals in use: Single terminal.
By default the chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall with a name board, having already parked. If you would rather be collected at the kerb, say so when you book and you will get a call or text the moment you are ready to walk out. Either way you receive the chauffeur's name, mobile number and the vehicle make and colour before you land.
Departures from Kingston
For outbound trips we work backwards from your gate time rather than your take-off time, and the buffer is sized to the terminal, the day of the week and the season. A Monday morning departure and a Saturday lunchtime departure are not the same journey even on identical roads, and we schedule them differently.
What the fare covers
The quoted price includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, and 407 ETR tolls where the route uses them. It is fixed at booking and does not move for weather, traffic, holiday weekends or a convention in town. Waiting beyond the free allowance, extra stops added on the day and airport parking on a meet-and-greet are itemised separately and explained before they are charged.
